New St. John Baptist Church has been in the same location for more than 80 years, and has been under the same leadership for 36 years. We believe that God ordained His children to have dominion over all Earth and subdue it. Genesis 1:28 As disciples, Jesus has anointed us to preach the gospel, to preach deliverance to the captives, to heal the brokenhearted, recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Luke 4:18 ; Matt. 28:19

We also believe in the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of God among us, and the Spirit of Christ within us. We believe the church should be a community of hope and good stewards of all the blessings God has given to us.
